Ticket terms.

A Class Business Live ticket provides admission to the daytime event from 9.00am to 3.15pm and includes lunch and refreshments.

A Class Business Awards Dinner ticket provides admission to the evening black-tie event from 6.30pm to 12.30am and includes the drinks reception, awards dinner, awards ceremony and entertainment.

A combined ticket provides admission to both Class Business Live and the Class Business Awards Dinner, with the inclusions stated above.

A ticket provides admission only to the event or events stated in the purchaser's order confirmation. Tickets must not be duplicated or used by more than one person.

Payment must be made using one of the payment options shown at checkout. Where a payment plan is selected, the purchaser is committing to pay the full ticket price. All remaining instalments will continue to be due if the purchaser or attendee is unable to attend.

All tickets are non-refundable. Refunds will not be provided if an attendee can no longer attend, arrives late or does not attend the event.

This does not affect the purchaser's statutory rights or any right to a refund if the event is cancelled by the Organiser.

Tickets may be transferred to another person at no additional charge. All transfer requests must be emailed to kristine@kristinemonaghan.com by 30 September 2026 and include the full name and email address of the replacement attendee.

Transfer requests received after this date cannot be guaranteed. Once a transfer has been confirmed, the original ticket holder will no longer be entitled to use the ticket.

If the event is postponed, tickets will automatically be transferred to the rescheduled date. Attendees who cannot attend the new date may request a refund within the timeframe communicated by the Organiser.

If the event is cancelled by the Organiser and no replacement date is offered, ticket holders will be entitled to a refund of the ticket price paid.

The Organiser is not responsible for associated costs such as travel, accommodation or other expenses.

The Organiser may make reasonable changes to the programme, speakers, entertainment, timings or running order where necessary. Such changes will not normally entitle the ticket holder to a refund.

Photography and filming may take place throughout Class Business Live and the Class Business Awards. Attendees acknowledge that they may appear in photographs or recordings used for promotional, marketing and reporting purposes.

Anyone with concerns about being photographed or filmed should contact the Organiser before the event.

The Organiser may refuse admission or remove anyone displaying abusive, disruptive, discriminatory or otherwise inappropriate behaviour, or anyone who fails to follow reasonable instructions from the Organiser or venue. No refund will be provided in these circumstances.

Attendees are responsible for their own travel arrangements, accommodation and personal belongings. Attendees must follow the venue's applicable rules, safety procedures and instructions.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
